About the Panelists
Zoli Erdos is Program Chair at SVASE, the Silicon Valley Association of Startup Entrepreneurs; an independent Software Industry Blogger and Advisor to several Startups. Previously he served at Director / VP levels in the Enterprise Software business with SAP, Deloitte Consulting, IBM, KPMG and several smaller companies. He grew two businesses to the $10-12M revenue range, and oversaw Consulting engagements with marquee clients like HP, Sony, Applied Materials, Siemens, Kodak and several others. His blog at www.zoliblog.com has been quoted by The New York Times, The Guardian and several ZDNEt publications and he is listed by The Economist as a Thought Leader on technology.
Henry Lu is an Executive Consultant at Jump Communications doing Venture Capital Consulting and Telecomm consulting. He helps startup companies to prepare their business plans and help them get funded by Venture Capital firms. He had worked with AT&T for ten years as Broadband Access Manager. Henry is Board of Director of CSIX and Program Director of SVCWireless. As a blogger, Henry is now in charge of UK based blog site Ecademy and responsible for their business development for whole USA region. He has his own M&A and Pacific Global Rim Valley Ecademy clubs with hundreds of world class global bloggers there. Henry holds a BS from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan and MS in Electric Engineering from Polytechnic University of New York.
Sean Murphy has taken an entrepreneurial approach to life since he could drive. He has served as an advisor to dozens of startups, helping them explore new options and bring their businesses to new levels. His firm, SKMurphy, Inc., focuses on early customers and early revenue for software startups, helping engineers to understand business development.
Prior to SKMurphy, Sean worked in a variety of areas including software engineering, engineering management, application engineering, business development, product marketing and customer support. His clients include Cisco Systems, 3Com, AMD, MMC Networks, Escalade and VLSI Technology. Sean holds a BS in Mathematical Sciences and an MS in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University.

Michel G. Thouati is a recognized expert in software development, with over 18 years of professional experience, including 10 years in major corporations. He was previously COO and VP of Engineering for Lithium/GX, where he led the development of the first industrial product platform.
Before re-joining Lithium, Michel was Vice President of E-Commerce Systems at Ofoto, where he took the company, within one year, from losing money on every sale to 55% gross margin in the primary product lines. He successfully positioned Ofoto as the highest quality online digital photofinisher with the highest volume in the category, and garnered multiple industry awards for what many consider the best automated image management and printing systems in the world. The company was subsequently acquired by Kodak.
Michel holds an ME and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, in addition to an Engineering Degree from ENSIEG, and an Economics degree from University of Grenoble. He has taught as an Associate Professor at Kellogg Graduate School of Management has presented numerous several papers on fast development.
