CINA 2005 Scholarship Program
Objective:
The goal of CINA's scholarship programs is to aid in building an awareness of the value of both academic achievement and community involvement of CINA member's children.
Eligibility:
To be considered a candidate, students should meet the following criteria:
- A full-time student
- A graduating high school senior
- One of student's parent must be a CINA member for at least 6 months or a lifetime member when application was submitted
($250 lifetime membership fee, $25 Annual membership fee)
Selecting Scholarship Recipients
CINA's selection committee, made up of three CINA board members, read all applications to determine those who are the best overall applicants to receive scholarships. The highest-rated students will be selected as scholarship recipients. All candidates whose applications are complete will be notified of their status in early September 2005. Scholarship recipients and the parents will be invited to attend the Scholarship Award ceremony in CINA's Annual conference on 09/24/2005 .
Each Applicant will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- 50% of Academic achievement
- 40% on Community Service
- 10% on Special Circumstances
Scholarships will be awarded as follows:

The amount of each individual award will depend upon the availability of funding and the number of scholarships awarded.
Application Deadline:
CINA starts collecting application forms from 07/10/2005 till 08/31/2005
Deadline for the application is 08/31/2005
